What's free?
Instant contract checks need no account: 3 a day, or 10 a day with a free account. A free account also includes 3 full agent runs a month on your own cases.
What counts as a run?
One pass through the full agent pipeline on a case — intake, document analysis, simulation, strategy, drafting and the risk check, including the Critic's review. Instant checks, re-reading a past run and editing your playbook don't count.
What does a team seat include?
Up to 25 full runs a day and 60 instant checks a day per seat, with every case saved. Every seat is priced the same.
Is there a cost cap on a run?
Yes. Every run has a hard $10 model-spend cap on our side, whichever plan you're on. You're never billed for usage on top of the seat.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing portal in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
What about the optional success fee?
When you report that a negotiation improved your terms by a measurable amount, Clarity can show a suggested value-share figure. It is only ever a suggestion — nothing is charged unless you explicitly confirm it.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your cases and documents are processed only to run the analysis for you. See the privacy policy for the full list of processors.
