About

Prepare like you have an advisor in the room.

Most people walk into their highest-stakes negotiations — a funding round, a job offer, a contract renewal, a school accommodation request, a landlord dispute — underprepared, with a fuzzy sense of their walk-away and no way to rehearse the other side. Clarity is built to fix that, without pretending to be a lawyer.

What we hold ourselves to

  • A person decides.

Clarity never sends, signs or commits anything. The recommended next message can't leave the system until a person approves it, and anything that could bind you, any high-severity flag, any regulated domain and any low-confidence fact forces a human review.

  • Built for any negotiation.

The prep — interests, leverage, BATNA, a priced concession ladder — isn't specific to contracts. It's used the same way for a term sheet, a school accommodation request, or a dispute with a landlord. What changes by domain is the checklist and how quickly Clarity insists a person (or the right professional) is in the loop.

  • Grounded, not guessed.

Contract findings come from an open rulebook of 48 rules that show the clause, the number, the market norm and the wording to ask for. The language model reads what the rulebook can't — and can't quietly drop what the rulebook found.

  • Honest about its limits.

The instant check recognises common clause patterns; unusual wording can slip past it, and it says so on every result. Simulations are ranges, never predictions. Confidence is shown per stage. If you give a jurisdiction, Clarity flags where local law likely changes the picture — it never states what that law is; that's a question for local counsel.

  • Capped, on the record.

Every run has a hard $10 spend cap, a typed message trail between agents, an audit log and a per-step inference trace.

  • Your data stays yours.

Private by owner, exportable and deletable in one click. Documents are used to run your analysis and nothing else; the instant check never stores the full document.

What it isn't

Clarity is decision support. It isn't legal, financial or medical advice, it doesn't create a professional-client relationship, and it's not a substitute for a qualified lawyer on anything binding. Its outputs can be wrong or incomplete — you're responsible for reviewing them and for what you decide, sign or send.
